We used Track-It briefly and found that it just didn't work that well. It had a lot of unacceptable requirements, one of which is having to stay logged into the server to get certain pieces of it to run! We're now using MouseTracks, which is a lot cheaper, more reliable and better written. In addition, it's based on an Access database, so we can export data to do our own reporting.
