Thanks for putting this together Rob!

Two agenda items I would like to add, if time allows:

(1) discussion of possibly adding virus scanning to Pilot email

(2) disaster recovery issues
         - should I be thinking that sending 60GB of data daily over the
campus net is OK (what about out onto the Internet?)
