Subject: [MSUNAG] SPSS Sentinel RMS License Manager
The Sentinel RMS License Manager service will not start. I just upgraded to the current IBM SPSS concurrent licensing tools 9.6. goggle search suggest port 5093 is being used preventing comm with server. netstat -an does not show port 5093 or5099 active (port the SPSS comm to server). Looking for ideas got a lot of people trying to use SPSS.
