I am a female grad student at MSU. I’m renting out the upper level of my loft-style apt in
Okemos. Move-in date is negotiable. $350/mo. + 1/2 utilities. I accept short-term lease
(fall semester or longer). I am also open to lease take-over (the whole apt, ends June
2016).
I will be living downstairs.
