I am a female grad student at MSU. I’m renting out the upper level of my loft-style apt in 
Okemos. Move-in date is negotiable. $350/mo. + 1/2 utilities. I accept short-term lease 
(fall semester or longer). I am also open to lease take-over (the whole apt, ends June 
2016). 

I will be living downstairs. 

- private entrance and patio
- full bathroom
- spacious living room/dining area (downstairs)
- low utility bill ($30-75 since I moved in last Oct)
- 10-15 minutes' drive to MSU
- quiet neighborhood and scenic walking trails
- unlimited parking spaces
- less than 5 mins' drive to Meijer, Kroger, Target, Meridian Mall
