All addresses that you are using should be on the Address List. One
way to do this is to remove the address in question from the Address
List which will also removed it from all groups. Move on to create a
new address on the address list and attach it to your policy.
I am not sure if it makes a difference if that address is on a subnet
that may already have other policies apply to it.
