ike.egr's cvsup service (aka cvsup15.freebsd.org) updates at 14 minutes
past each hour from cvsup-master.freebsd.org. The ftp/http side has an
older copy of the FreeBSD ftp files; its old because I've not been able
to find a reliable rsync source for the files on my own (they either
have file permission problems or the connection times out) and I haven't
been pushy enough to gain access to mirror them directly from the
source. Our needs for the ftp/http files on site are outweighed by the
cvsup use so thats what has guided my attention.
