We are happy to investigate if the IPS is causing the issue. Please open
a case with the ATS Help Desk by going to http://help.msu.edu and click on
"Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. If you can include a description
of the problem, the IP addresses involved and the date and time of the
failure we will have what we need.
