I am considering it for our extensive travelers. However, as the disk has a finite number of times it can be written to (limitations of the medium used), we would need to disable disk defragmenting somehow (policy, permissions, extensive training, etc). I am sure there are other issues as well, but this is the biggest that I have run into.
