We use Acronis TrueImage for a few servers and it works awesome. I know
it is a bit more expensive but it seems to be worth it. Being able to
restore a server to completely different hardware with ease is a great
thing, not to mention you can use that feature to transfer physical -->
Virtual and Virtual ---> physical.

I've used the Home version before on a few Windows 2003 servers. It
wouldn't see any disks that weren't basic disks. I also looked at
their enterprise version that will backup your servers and have a
central console to control it all. I found the centralized console to
be half baked (this was last February) and their Universal Restore
option (at that time) was an additional purchase.
I don't know the cost, or if you use Backup Exec, but they have a
version that does server (and desktop) imaging, not sure if its a
separate product (was when I considered it) or an option for Backup
Exec now.
