I've been sitting here on hold for at that phone number for ten minutes
now--is that the best support option Adobe can offer a major customer which
they have just forced into a new, buggy licensing scheme?
What prompted me to call them is that I checked my licensing report at their
web site again a few minutes ago and find that my license has increased from
93 seats to 98 since this morning even though I had no pending orders!
It makes me want to just install all 98 of these throughout my department
and consider it a bonus of the new licensing scheme? Why should I have to
waste my time on hold waiting to help them fix a problem with their system?
