I've been sitting here on hold for at that phone number for ten minutes now--is that the best support option Adobe can offer a major customer which they have just forced into a new, buggy licensing scheme? What prompted me to call them is that I checked my licensing report at their web site again a few minutes ago and find that my license has increased from 93 seats to 98 since this morning even though I had no pending orders! It makes me want to just install all 98 of these throughout my department and consider it a bonus of the new licensing scheme? Why should I have to waste my time on hold waiting to help them fix a problem with their system? > -----Original Message----- > From: MSU Network Administrators Group > [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Ron Rivard > Sent: Friday, December 08, 2006 2:11 PM > To: [log in to unmask] > Subject: Re: [MSUNAG] Adobe ALM and e-Licenses > > Additional resources for locating ALM licensing answers...(If > you are an Education customer and have a licensing enquiry > ie. can't log in to licensing web site, need serial #'s, can > not locate your licensing order etc., please call Adobe > Licensing Customer Service at 800-833-6687 option 3) > > The Computer Store will be posting "how to" documentation and > other help information on our home page as it becomes > available from Adobe. > > > -----Original Message----- > From: MSU Network Administrators Group > [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Wolf, Chris > Sent: Friday, December 08, 2006 1:28 PM > To: [log in to unmask] > Subject: Re: [MSUNAG] Adobe ALM and e-Licenses > > This doesn't answer the more basic question of whether we > now have individual licenses or whether all MSU licenses are > grouped together.
