The game I play is to give the particular Palm user local administrator
rights and then install under that persons account. I then make sure that
creator owner has full rights to the Palm directories. After the install is
finsihed I do one reboot with them as administrator and then reset their
rights to regular user.

Our experience is that it requires Administrator rights to install, but runs
fine with Power User rights. (It might run as a regular User, but we haven't
tried that.)
