I fully realize how hard it is to get people to do things like change 
passwords.  It's like herding cats.

However, if almost 10% of the staff and faculty haven't yet changed their
passwords, I think the publicity effort has failed somewhat.  I'm not
being snarky here, but these figures mean that some interesting 
number of things are going to be derailed on 9/27.

I'm one of those 1788, so I can monitor the stuff going out; I've been
sending email to my group about the change to help prod, but I have
no idea how many need help, etc in my department.

It would be really good to have this info passed out tomorrow (hard
I know), or silently let those users still use their old passwords and 
work on letting dept. heads, etc know about those who didn't make
the change.
