I don't know how the Ultra Small Form Factor differs from the Small Form
Factor (I couldn't find it at the Dell site). But I've had a couple user
choose the Small Form Factor chassis for their office computers (Optiplex
GX280), and they've been *very* happy with them. No one has mentioned any
noise problems, and the single laptop-style CD drive seems to serve them
just fine.
