Laurence,
RealVNC can SHARE a console, unlike XP's Remote Desktop Connection. I
use it with our secretaries/staff when they call with a help request. I
connect to their computer (which is running the VNC server) and then I
see what they're seeing, and we can both control the mouse/kbd. I can
then show them how to accomplish something without leaving the comfort
of my office.

Subject: Re: [MSUNAG] software for monitor sharing in classrooms
I would like to have the instructor show the student screen but the
student
be able to control the contents of the screen. I know that Microsoft's
remote desktop sharing does not allow that and I presumed that RealVNC
has
the same restriction.
