If you can use NTP (recommended), you can get time from "ntp.msu.edu"
(also known as serv1.cl.msu.edu / serv2.cl.msu.edu, or IP addresses
35.8.2.41 and 35.8.2.42). If you are limited to Windows standard
stuff, (i.e., "net time ..."), you can fetch the time from WINS or
CLNT. Example (good for a startup file):
net time \\wins /set /yes
