WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
Are you working on a paper about gender and broader issues of diversity and inclusion in international business (IB)? Could you use some help developing it? WAIB is here for
you! Please submit to WAIB’s 3rd annual Paper Coaching Workshop at AIB 2025 Louisville. IB researchers are increasingly focusing on a variety research topics, but much of this research is still at an earlier stage of development. The ultimate goal of this

HOW WILL THIS WORKSHOP BE STRUCTURED?
The session will be structured to provide extensive feedback to authors whose papers have been accepted. Groups of 2-3 authors (with substantively related papers) will be paired
with coaches, whereby each individual paper will receive detailed feedback for revision and improvement. The main focus will be on how to improve the papers discussed, so as to increase the probability of acceptance by an IB journal. Furthermore, a panel session
led by prominent scholars will share general experience in conducting research on related topics and tips on publishing the papers in journals.
