International Organizations Network (ION) is a network of network of primarily cross-cultural management and international OB/HR scholars from around the world who care deeply about the field as well as each other personally. For those who may not be familiar with ION, you can learn more about us here: https://researchlabopenu.wixsite.com/ioncommunity

ION typically hosts an annual conference where participants openly discuss both professional and personal activities, interests, challenges, and opportunities. This year, we are opening up the conference to non-ION members, but space is limited.

The ION 2024 conference will take place June 30 through July 1, 2024, right before the Academy of International Business (AIB conference), in Seoul. The registration fee is $100 and attendees are expected to attend the full day of activities on July 1. You can see more details about the plan in the attached document.

If you are passionate about cross-cultural management or international OB/HR and you would like to contribute to a caring community of individuals around these areas/be part of a fun and collaborative community around these areas, consider attending ION 2024.
