Dear all, The ‘Strategy, International Management & Business, and Entrepreneurship’ at the University of Bristol Business School is looking to hire up to five Senior Lecturers or Associates Professors in Strategy, International Business or Entrepreneurship. *The role - *Better futures for all At Bristol, we are developing a forward-thinking, socially-minded Business School. We are seeking business and management scholars who are willing to help lead positive societal change and are seeking to appoint up to five Senior Lecturers or Associate Professors across Strategy, International Business or Entrepreneurship as part of our substantial new growth phase. Please clearly state which position you wish to apply for: Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor, and within the discipline of either Strategy, International Business or Entrepreneurship. *What will you be doing?* You will be involved in a range of education and research activities in the school in a highly collegial and collaborative manner as follows: Further developing a stronger international research and impact profile in business and management and attracting external research funding. Teaching and marking at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels and contributing to curriculum design, development and enhancement. Acting as personal tutor to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students; and supervising BSc/BA, MSc and PhD students. Demonstrating excellent citizenship and leadership in the school and contributing to wider University. Proactively engaging in collaborative opportunities with the public, private and not-for profit/charitable sectors. *You should apply if* You have the valuable previous experience to conduct the role with high levels of professionalism and collegiality. You hold a PhD in a relevant subject area. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills. You have a strong business and management research portfolio and an interdisciplinary research experience or strong ambitions. You have a strong commitment to teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and executive levels. You can demonstrate awareness of the academic needs of all kinds of students (e.g. undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral). You have experience of leadership responsibility and are willing to take on leadership roles in the School and/or Faculty.
