Work Schedule: Typical work hours are 40 hours/week Monday Friday with occasional overtime. Position is considered temporary with the possibility for permanent employment. The position will require limited travel within the state, including occasional overnight trips, and some assignments will require physical labor and long days (tree planting, invasive species management, and prescribed burns). Required Qualifications: A valid Drivers License Possess or willing to obtain MDARD Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (Categories 5 and 6) upon employment Ability to take initiative and work effectively alone or in groups Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
