Student Assistant Needed - HB411
This is a paid position working with Chef Adam Roy.
HB411 Hospitality Beverages
1 student assistant for Tuesdays + Thursdays 1pm - 4:30pm @ Kellogg Center CBLL
We will have a lot of "sampling" during this course. I was planning on having a lot of tasting plates also with various
cheeses, meats, and other charcuterie items so matching and pairing will be a constant topic. I will need to set up plates for 30 students every week at least once but also for guest speaker events. Clean up will be getting the items used cleaned and put
back for next class schedule.
You do not have to be 21 years old. There is a little cold food preparation so previous knowledge of the lab would be optimal.
