International Business and Strategy Department intends to appoint an Assistant Professor (lecturer) in International Human Resource Management. Henley is part of the
University of Reading. The role will involve research, teaching, and administrative duties.
The role is suitable for an early-career researcher who has the potential for high-quality research activity and has a potential pipeline of work and ideas in the field of international HRM, broadly defined.

through its contribution to the activities of the World
of Work Institute, which aims to understand how businesses face the future of work by applying innovative research to real workplaces.
