Henley Business School’s International Business and Strategy Department intends to appoint an Assistant Professor (lecturer)  in International Human Resource Management.  Henley is part of the University of Reading. The role will involve research, teaching, and administrative duties.
The role is suitable for an early-career researcher who has the potential for high-quality research activity and has a potential pipeline of work and ideas in the field of international HRM, broadly defined.
The department is at the forefront of the field, through its contribution to the activities of the World of Work Institute, which aims to understand how businesses face the future of work by applying innovative research to real workplaces. and the Dunning Centre, one of the world's premier centres of international business and strategy. ne of the world's premier research centres in international human resource management, international business and strategy with internationally renowned members, including Professors Chris Brewster, Mark Casson, Davide Castellani, Rajneesh Narula and Alain Verbeke. An ideal candidate will align to both the World of Work Institute and the Dunning Centre.

The closing date for applications is 29 January 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on 29 February 2024
