Given the current war in Israel and the potential that armed factions in Lebanon may become further involved in it, I wanted to draw your attention to a case for Ivey Publishing that I and colleagues of mine from Beirut Arab University wrote about Middle East Airline’s decision to fly over Syria during the civil war in that country. It demonstrates how this Lebanese airline drew on a wide variety of stakeholders and its previous experiences dealing with armed conflicts to make its decision.
