Her research focuses on Global Teamwork and Research Methods. She is co-Editor-in-Chief at *Organizational Research Methods* and former Associate Editor at *Academy of Management Learning and Education* and at *Organizational Research Methods*. She is an editorial board member of* Organizational Research Methods*, *Journal of Management Studies*, *Journal of Management Scientific Reports*, *Academy of Management Learning and Education*, *Journal of Management Education*, *Small Group Research*, and the *Research Methods in Strategy and Management* book series (Emerald publishers).
