The Vietnam-Japan International Business Conference (VJIBC) is a global
research conference on various international business topics jointly hosted
by College of Business, Rikkyo University (Tokyo, Japan) and VJCC
Institute, Foreign Trade University (Hanoi, Vietnam). We will host the 4th
VJIBC in March 2024 with the theme "Creating Sustainable Value for Global
Prosperity". The organizers eagerly invite contributions from academic
researchers and practitioners around the world in various disciplines.[1]

*CONFERENCE GOALS:*

●     Knowledge Exchange: Connect scholars, researchers, current and
postgraduate students, practitioners, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to
share valuable insights and experiences in the pursuit of sustainable
global prosperity.

●     Paper Development: Support paper refinement for potential
publication, nurturing academic growth.

●     Networking: Facilitate connections and future research collaborations
among diverse stakeholders.



*CONFERENCE THEME:*

In today's ever-changing economic and business landscape, organizations of
all sizes and in all industries are seeking sustainable value creation,
especially post-pandemic era. Achieving sustainable value creation is no
longer a mere aspiration; it's a fundamental requirement to not only
survive but to prosper. This pursuit has significant economic and business
implications, profoundly influencing strategies and decisions of all
organizations, regardless of their size, types, and locations, etc., and
shaping the broader economic and societal landscape. It is essential to
recognize the multifaceted importance of achieving sustainable value
creation in both business and economics.



Possible themes of the paper may include, but are not limited to, the
following:

1.    Strategic Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship

2.    Organization management, Human Resource management, and Leadership

3.    Governance, CSR, Stakeholder management, and Strategic Communications

4.    Finance, investment, and accounting

5.    Economic and regional development,

6.    Public policy analysis and public management

7.    Business and Economic Dynamics in the Post-Pandemic Era



COST:

The conference will be held on campus at Rikkyo University, Tokyo, Japan.
Registration for the conference is free of charge. However, participants
are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to reach the venue
(Rikkyo University, Tokyo, Japan) as well as accommodation costs. Virtual
participation is not accepted.



PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES:

We aim to publish a few selected papers in a special section of a journal
and/or an edited volume. The invitation for submission will be sent to
authors after the conference.

●     Extended abstracts to be included in the conference proceedings.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINE:

We ask for the submission of an extended abstract, which must be written in
English by WORD, single-spaced, font size 11 or 12, with a margin of 2.5cm
(1 inch) on all sides, with no more than 1,000 words[3] <#_msocom_3>
including references, figures and tables.

An extended abstract should include at least the following points:

1.    Introduction

a.     Background and/or aim of the research

b.    Research question / hypothesis

c.     Brief literature review

2.    Methodology and material

3.    Results and Discussion

4.    Conclusion



Please prepare separately a cover page with the title of the extended
abstract, authors' names, email addresses, and affiliations, as well as an
abstract (maximum 1,000 words), and five keywords. Follow the APA style.
