The deadline to submit proposals to the 2024 California Entrepreneurship Educators Conference has been extended to November 8.

We encourage proposals on a wide range of entrepreneurship research or pedagogy projects. San Diego State University's Center for International Business Education & Research (SDSU CIBER) is a proud sponsor of this annual event and excited that International Entrepreneurship remains an important conference theme. You can find additional details on the conference and the conference sub-themes here: https://lavincenter.sdsu.edu/programs/entrepreneurship-conference/2024_ceec/2024-ceec-proposals

We are delighted to announce a conference keynote speaker is Professor Shaker Zahra, from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Dr. Zahra is one of the most widely cited authors in management and has received multiple awards for his research in entrepreneurship.

In addition to our keynote sessions, we've also planned pre-conference events. One is a trip to the vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem of Baja California, Mexico. This trip offers a unique opportunity to explore international perspectives and connect with entrepreneurs from across the border. The second pre-conference event involves an excursion to the dynamic San Diego entrepreneurial ecosystem. Both events are designed to provide participants with real-world entrepreneurship experiences.

Please take a moment to view the conference site and share with your friends and colleagues who may be interested. The deadline to submit proposals is November 8, 2023.

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you in San Diego in April 2024!

Kindest regards,
Mark J. Ballam
