 I talked with Alvaro
Montoya, founder of the startup Akkadu, a company dedicated to helping people
understand content in another language. With more than ten years in China,
Alvaro told us about his arrival in China, the importance of learning the
Chinese language; his dreams and experience among multinational, local
companies and his startup; the origin of his startup, the evolution of his
business models, sustainability and scalability, team leadership and decision
making, confirming the wrong as soon as possible; the challenges: the team and
finding the market fit, the classification of markets, the evolution of the
Latin American market; the challenges, niches and future of the interpretation
industry.
