Dear members of the AIB community:

We are pleased to announce the publication of a special issue on business agility co-edited by Girod, Birkinshaw and Prange in the latest California Management Review (vol. 65/4).

The link is here:  https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://journals.sagepub.com/toc/CMR/current__;!!HXCxUKc!wDRHvwJz6LlSF7jwKvg5vQ7xqKD6B9U4bN5ORI0aSXylhA8JCeKY9JHVZ3UtJyy9SUys3HTbZNuRpme7dTkv$

The six primary-research based articles advance the theoretical understanding and the practice of business agility, that is, the capability of organizations, teams and individuals to adapt to changing external circumstances, and even to shape them to their advantage. They bring answers and new tools to increase agility at the strategic, organizational and individual levels and by linking those different levels with each other.

In the opening article (Girod, Birkinshaw and Prange), scholars get an overview of where the field stands and where the articles contribute.

The special issue helps researchers to identify further opportunities for contributing to this essential capability for future proofing businesses. All articles contain useful insights for classroom students and executive participants.

We look forward to receiving your thoughts and comments.

Best regards

Prof. Stéphane JG Girod, IMD
Prof. Julian Birkinshaw, London Business School
Prof. Christiane Prange, Caralan Global Institute
