"The selected candidate will work with Dr. Pliakoni and the Urban Food Production and Postharvest Handling team to perform fresh produce and hemp analysis for research and service. The candidate will also create and implement plans, strategies and standard operating procedures to ensure that all lab operations are in accordance with university, state and federal regulations and guidelines. The candidate will coordinate the acquisition, storage, inventory, and management of supplies and lab equipment. They will also perform some administrative duties, such as writing reports."
