Dear All,

I am writing to you in my capacity as a newly appointed Associate Editor of the Africa Journal of Management (AJoM) https://www.tandfonline.com/journals/rajm20

AJoM publishes papers advancing management theory, research and practice in Africa, and is among the foremost management journals dedicated to Africa. It is published by the reputed Taylor & Francis and is becoming increasingly more influential on Africa scholarship, providing broad exposure.

AJoM is a particularly effective venue if you wish your work to be read and make an impact on African scholars. Many of these scholars don’t have access to many other IB journals, including the most prominent among them, and AJoM might be the best way to reach them.

AJoM newly elected Editorial Board is committed to streamlining the review process and making it rewarding to authors, regardless of the outcome. All submissions receive thorough attention of the Journal's Editor-in-Chief and a team of experts in the respective topics, to ensure a most professional review that adheres to high scholarly standards.

I encourage you to consider AJoM as an excellent outlet for research on Africa, and hope that you will submit your future work for review.

If you have any questions related to the submission or review process, please feel free to contact me.

Kind regards,
