 Open Rank Tenure Track Positions in Strategy

Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) invites applications for Assistant/Associate/Full Professor tenure track positions in Strategy.

Requirements:

Applicants for the Assistant Professor positions should possess a Ph.D. degree in strategy or entrepreneurship domain from a recognized university (AACSB OR EQUIS-accredited), or they should be in the last phase of PhD in a recognized university. They are expected to have an impressive research record or work-in-progress for top-tier journal publications. 

Applicants for the Associate Professor or full Professor position must have a strong track record of high- quality research and at least six years of teaching excellence at the MBA/EMBA level. In addition, applicants must have a primary expertise in strategy and/or entrepreneurship domains with sufficient visibility and impact in the global academic community. It would be helpful, but not required, to have secondary expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions. Appointment with tenure requires a formal review.

The faculty hired for these positions will be based in the IIMA, Strategy Area. Strategy faculty at IIMA takes a multi-disciplinary approach, leading to publications in premier journals, such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Research Policy, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Science, California Management Review etc.
