This person would work with customers after the contract is signed during the sales process and turned over to the property.

They would communicate with the customer on the details for their meeting or event- food and beverage needs, av, timing, set up, etc. Utilizing CI/TY to input Event Orders that are dispersed to operational departments (kitchen, banquets, av), as well as sent to the customer for review.

Working with some rooms only groups- wedding room blocks or corporate blocks in town with offsite meetings- sending them updates about their room pick up, documenting details needed to input on a cover sheet that is sent to the hotel staff listing important details needed to know during their stay.

With all assigned groups, meeting with customer while onsite ensuring everything meets their expectations. Sending and processing invoicing after group/event concludes.
