We are delighted to announce the publication of the August 2023 issue (volume 32, issue 4) of International Business Review. This is a bumper issue with 27 papers so something for everyone. A real smörgåsbord of delicacies for every palate! Check out the contents below. 

 

The issue leads with eight papers related to outward foreign direct investment (geopolitics; institutional escapism; performance feedback; location choice; TMT characteristics), one on pro-market reforms and outsourcing, and one on anti-trust policy and inward foreign direct investment. Then there are five papers on the performance (innovation, economic, international) determinants of international ventures, and another five papers on cross-cultural management (cross-cultural competences; cultural friction; knowledge sharing). The issue closes with three papers on exporting (including survival in, and withdrawal from, export markets), two on the effects of consumer emotions, and two on the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the liability of foreignness and corporate tax avoidance.
