Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for the Masters in Sustainability program.

• Be responsible for developing and teaching business ethics, sustainability, and sustainable management courses.

• Supervising and evaluating master's and doctoral students.

• Take the lead on individual and group research projects.

• Secure funding to conduct research. 

• Participation in consultancy projects


Our ideal candidate should demonstrate:


• PhD or Doctorate in Sustainable Development, Strategy, Management, Business Ethics, International Business, or a related field.

• Expertise in sustainability to conduct research and develop methodologies.

• Evidence of a track record of publication or clear potential for publication in high-quality international journals.

• Potential become an outstanding teacher in our programs and make a societal impact through research.

• Ability and willingness to conduct research on business ethics and the role of business in long-term development.

• Flexibility and willingness to work with colleagues on consulting and research projects in an interdisciplinary setting.
