2023 Cornell EMI Mark Mobius Pitch Competition


Dear AIB members,   

The Emerging Markets Institute at the S.C Johnson College of Business,  Cornell University, is launching its 2023 Cornell EMI Mark Mobius Pitch Competition.    

As the role of emerging market firms evolves, this pitch competition challenges students and recent alumni from universities across the globe to think creatively, innovate and adapt to solve pressing issues in the emerging markets.  It is addressed to undergraduates, graduates, or recent alumni (within 3 years of graduation) who are launching or operating early-stage ventures in emerging economies. The goal is to provide these innovative entrepreneurs with visibility and resources.  Finalists will be invited to pitch at EMI’s Annual Conference (on 3 November 2023 at Cornell Tech in New-York) to an audience of global investors, entrepreneurs and business leaders, and will have opportunities for networking, mentorship and media exposure. The best pitch will receive a prize.
