Dear friends and colleagues, We are delighted to announce the publication of the June 2023 issue (volume 32, issue 3) of International Business Review. The issue leads with five papers addressing institutional influences on FDI decisions and the impact of MNEs on host country institutions. Specific topics include institutional dynamism, institutional misalignment, host country corruption, and IP protection. Then there are three papers considering different corporate governance effects (i.e. CEO characteristics, business groups, risk perceptions) on firms’ cross-border activities and two papers considering the effects of CSR/ESG performance. The final paper focuses on Ukrainian MNEs (highly topical) and considers the determinants of their productivity.
