This is a 2-year position located at the Sandusky Fisheries Research Station Unit, Sandusky, Ohio. Duties include field and office work and may require working in inclement weather, evenings, and occasional weekends. Primary activities include collecting fisheries-dependent and fisheries-independent data to inform population assessments and research that directly inform interagency management. The individual in this position will contribute to the preparation of reports and manuscripts using assessment data; conduct research on a pre-determined project; and contribute to assessment and research activities at the Sandusky Fisheries Research Station. Duties to also include: sample processing, data entry, data analysis, data summarization, and facilities management.
