Subject: Summer Job Oppertunity

Howdy Steven,

I am going to be running a fawn capture job this summer. I was wondering if you could pass along this job opportunity to the department.

Some fast facts about the position:

  * Duties include capturing and collaring white-tailed deer fawns from GPS collared does equipped with vaginal implant transmitters (VITs).
  * Daily monitoring of doe collars, fawn collars, and VITs using radio telemetry.
  * Conducting mortality investigations, sampling vegetation, and managing data.
Technicians will live and work on the San Antonio Viejo Ranch 45 minutes south of Hebbronville, Texas. This position will run from June 5th, 2023, to August 31st, 2023 or until all VITs are expelled.
