The Barry Conservation District (Hastings, Michigan) is seeking applicants for four invasive species positions. Invasive Species Coordinator<;!!HXCxUKc!xWA_Fs7mvmjYom4aqP3cv5_GZcJW6Rh9OEyBHU2QlPq_mcV6oo78pQYvNUrsZRua1x25p2qID_zy1Cuh6FZXewU$> (Full-time, Permanent)- $23-$24/hr + benefits- The BCK CISMA Coordinator organizes and runs our invasive species program and coordinates and implements all invasive species grants and contracts. The Invasive Species Coordinator works mainly in the Hastings office but regularly travels to Barry, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo Counties.

Program Specialist<;!!HXCxUKc!xWA_Fs7mvmjYom4aqP3cv5_GZcJW6Rh9OEyBHU2QlPq_mcV6oo78pQYvNUrsZRua1x25p2qID_zy1Cuhlxdnu-c$> (Full-time, Permanent)- $18-$20/hr + benefits- The Program Specialist supports our invasive species program and, occasionally, Conservation District general programming. The Program Specialist reports to the Hastings office daily but will regularly travel to sites in Barry, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo Counties.

Invasive Species Technician<;!!HXCxUKc!xWA_Fs7mvmjYom4aqP3cv5_GZcJW6Rh9OEyBHU2QlPq_mcV6oo78pQYvNUrsZRua1x25p2qID_zy1CuhhVAOwFM$> (2 Positions, Full-time, May-Oct)- $14-$15/hr- The Invasive Species Technicians manage invasive species through manual, mechanical, and chemical removal; survey for and map the extent of invasive species; record and report data; and maintain field equipment. Staff report to the Hastings office daily but regularly travel to sites in Barry, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo Counties.
