We are looking forward to another fun week in hospitality! All Hospitality students are welcome and encouraged to attend the following events and club meetings.

Week of December 5th-9th

The Hospitality Association is an umbrella organization for 8 clubs and 3 events in The School of Hospitality Business. Each week we will send a newsletter about club/event activities and ways you can get involved.

Important Events

Come celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and other winter holidays with HA and Hospitality Business faculty!

Join ESD and the rest of The School of Hospitality Business at the Winter Formal on Friday, January 20th at 7:00 PM. Make sure to fill out the form on ESDs Instagram page and pay the fee to @Olivia-Cannella on Venmo. This is going to be an event you do not want to miss! Come join the fun!

Final General Meeting of the Semester

When: Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, at 5 PM

Where: Room N106 of the Business College Complex

What: Our last meeting of the semester! Hear a recap of our fall trip, what we will be doing next semester, and a final internship highlight from one of our E-Board members!

Panda Express Fundraiser

When: Wednesday, December 7th, 2022, all day long!

Where: Panda Express on Grand River (439 E Grand River Ave)

What: Come enjoy some good food with us at Panda Express and support our club. The fundraiser will last all day, but join us as we head over after our meeting on Wednesday, December 7th! This will be our last opportunity of the semester to bond as a club and raise some money!

Next General Meeting

Society for Hospitality & Food Service Management

Last Meeting of the Semester- Guest Speakers

When: Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 at 6:00 PM

Where: Kellogg Hotel Room L73

Culinary professionals including Kelsey Patterson and Kurt Kwiatkowski will be joining us for our last meeting of the semester for a panel discussion about MSU culinary services. We are also writing letters to nursing homes to wish them a Happy Holidays!

REIC is a student run organization which promotes and supports the Real Estate Specialization within The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University.
