*Position Announcement* The Chair of Human Resources Management (HRM) and Asian Business (Prof. Fabian J. Froese) at the University of Goettingen is seeking to appoint a *Postdoc* for a period of three years. The starting date is expected to be 1 March 2023 or at a mutually agreeable time. The salary will be determined by pay grade TVL13 (ca. 50,000 Euro per annum). The University of Goettingen has a long history and belongs to the leading universities in Germany and the world. More than 45 Nobel Laureates have been associated with the university. The Chair of HRM and Asian Business has a research focus on international HRM and cross-cultural management, in particular expatriation, global virtual work, diversity, digital HRM, and talent management. You will become part of an international, research-oriented, and collegial research team. We regularly publish in major journals, e.g. Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management. The main language at the chair is English. You will have a low teaching load so that you can focus on research, receive financial support to attend international conferences, and have opportunities to collaborate with other scholars in Goettingen and around the world. We have an excellent international network and provide individualized career support.
