About HEC Montreal
Founded in 1907, HEC Montréal was Canada’s first university-level business school. It was the first in North America to earn the three most prestigious accreditations in its field: AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS. Many of our researchers are among the leading figures in their respective fields. The PhD program is offered jointly with Concordia and McGill universities and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). This partnership gives you access to resources (faculty and courses) rarely available elsewhere in the world. The courses are offered in French or English, the program and the dissertation can be done in English. The tuition fees are waived and competitive funding for the first four years of your studies.
