Setting reforms in motion to boost sustainable investment
5th Roundtable on Investment and Sustainable Development

On Tuesday, October 18, the OECD will collaborate with the World Investment for Development Alliance (WIDA) to organize its fifth roundtable on investment and sustainable development. The roundtable, which will be held in a hybrid format, will include high-level policymakers and distinguished speakers from the development co-operation community, international organisations, the private sector, academia and civil society to discuss what real-world actions, partnerships and co-ordination mechanisms are required to boost international investment and report on its sustainability impact. You can find the full program here:

AIB is a founding member of WIDA, formally launched at the Davos meeting of the World Economic Forum in May 2022<>. The WIDA is a coalition of investment promotion agencies of many nations, the OECD, UNCTAD, and other multilateral organizations dedicated to fostering FDI and trade into channels most conducive to sustainable development in emerging nations.
