The International Business and Strategy (IBS) unit at the Henley Business School is seeking to appoint an Associate Professor in International Business to contribute to delivery of undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes and research undertaken in the Unit. You will have: * Experience of teaching in the areas of International Business and Strategy on the MBA, MSc and UG programmes; * A track record of high-quality publications in internationally recognized outlets; * Experience in the supervision of PhD students; * A completed PhD in a relevant area of International Business and Strategy (broadly defined). * Synergies with the department; * The enthusiasm and commitment to play a full part in building one of the world's leading full-service business schools. The Henley Business School is also home to the John H. Dunning Centre for International Business, perhaps the world's foremost centre for IB research. Further developing and employing the 'Reading approach' to the analysis and evaluation of the international business, the Centre's straddles the fields of international business, strategic management, innovation, and human resource management, and balances the necessity of a deep theoretical grounding with the added value of a strong applied focus.
