Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (several posts) in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources Management (HRM) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref. 515586), to commence on July 1, 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter.  The appointment will be made on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before the expiry of a second three-year fixed-term contract.  Exceptionally outstanding candidates at Professor/Associate Professor level may be considered for appointment on tenure terms.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in OB or HRM, with the capability to conduct high-quality research and to teach courses in OB/HRM and related areas.  The appointee is expected to publish in top-tier OB/HRM journals and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses.  Information about the Faculty can be obtained at http://www.fbe.hku.hk.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.  Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
