INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBERS 

CO-EDITOR-IN-CHIEF 

ASSOCIATE EDITORS 

(2-year term, beginning October 2022, extendable for another 2-year term) 

 

 

Journal of Business Management 

Also known by its original name, RAE – Revista de Administracao de Empresas 

 

RAE seeks to increase the diversity of its editorial board, to achieve its strategic objective of publishing research with scholarly, managerial and/or societal impact. 

 

VISION 2030 

 

Our vision for RAE in 2030 is of an international community that: 

 

THE NEW EDITORIAL BOARD 

 

The new editorial board shall comprise a diversified pool in terms of nationalities, gender, areas of expertise, and command of research methods. 

 

Each associate editor is expected to receive around 10 articles per year, for which s/he should run a desk review and, if deemed appropriate, indicate three expert reviewers.

APPLICATION PROCESS 

 

To apply for a position in RAE’s editorial board, please send an email to [log in to unmask] with the subject “RAE editorial board – application”. 

 

In the text of the e-mail, please inform nationality, current affiliation and academic position, editorial and review experience, publication record, motivation to serve in the editorial board of RAE, expected contribution to the journal (20 lines maximum), and areas of expertise (content and methods). Also, add a one-page CV. 

 

Deadline for applications: 31 August 2022. 

 

EDITOR-IN-CHIEF 

 

Jorge Carneiro
Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at FGV EAESP Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (triple-accredited business school). Carneiro currently serves as Chair of AIB-LAC (Academy of International Business, Latin America and the Caribbean chapter) and has served on the board of several academic associations (e.g., EIBA – European Business Academy, BALAS – Business Association of Latin American Studies, ANPAD – the Brazilian Academy of Management). Carneiro also serves on the editorial boards of IBR – International Business ReviewMBR – Multinational Business Review, and Management Research
