Lenny Feldman
Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A.

Lenny Feldman is a Member of Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the Miami office and a member of the firm's Operating Committee. He previously co-chaired the twenty-member Customs and Border Protection’s Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee, providing strategic recommendations directly to CBP, Homeland Security and Treasury executives on issues such as forced labor, intellectual property rights, e-commerce policy, trade partnership programs, enforcement and facilitation mechanisms, and regulatory reform. He currently serves as General Counsel and Customs Counsel to the National Customs Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA).

Prior to joining ST&R, Mr. Feldman was a senior attorney with the U.S. Customs Service (now CBP) in Washington, D.C., from 1991 to 2000. While serving in the Penalties, Value, and General Classification branches at CBP headquarters, he issued several hundred national guidelines, directives, and administrative rulings. He was a negotiator of NAFTA and also consulted with foreign customs and trade officials throughout South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. After leaving Customs, Mr. Feldman served as the chief compliance officer and vice president, international, for a trade and logistics software development company developing end-to-end e-commerce solutions, where he was responsible for content and automation pertaining to the trade laws of more than 100 countries.

Ken Roberts
WorldCity CEO and Founder

He has been a regular contributor at Forbes.com on international trade for more than five years and formerly was a Miami Herald columnist. Roberts served two terms as one of a dozen members of the Federal Reserve’s Transportation and Trade advisory committee.

Michael R. White, President

Michael White is a proven leader in the air transport industries efforts to improve air cargo security, e-commerce growth, technology development, industry advocacy and operational excellence.

He has held several senior management positions with Frontier Airlines, United Airlines, Cargo Service Center, the Air Transport Association and Cargo Network Services Corp.. He served two terms as a member of the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) after appointment by the Secretaries of the US Department of Homeland Security and US Treasury.

Gary Knight
Professor and the Helen Jackson Chair, Willamette University

Gary Knight is Professor and the Helen Jackson Chair at Willamette University in Salem and Portland, Oregon, USA. Previously he was Professor and Director of the International Business Program at Florida State University. A Vice President and Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB), he has co-authored six books, including two textbooks on international business. He has authored or co-authored nearly 60 refereed articles in academic journals, including the Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, and International Business Review. Gary earned his PhD at Michigan State University in Marketing and International Business.
