Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, College of Business, the City University of Hong Kong [Ref. B/534/09]

 

Requirements:  Candidates must have a Ph.D. or near completion in Management or related disciplines (including but not limited to Strategic Management/International Business/Organizational Behavior/Human Resources Management/Entrepreneurship/Innovation).  Successful candidates should demonstrate strong potential to publish in top-tier management journals as well as teaching excellence in the classroom.  Teaching experience at the postgraduate and executive levels is a plus but not required.  Successful candidates will also be expected to contribute through service to the Department, the University, and/or the broader academic community.

 

Salary and Conditions of Service: The remuneration package will be driven by market competitiveness and individual performance.  Excellent fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and relocation assistance (where applicable).  The appointment is on the substantiation track, and the initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract.
