Our faculty members are active in AIB and EIBA and serve as reviewers and editoris for the major IB journals.

The IB unit belongs to the Department of Management Studies that offers a dynamic environment for cutting-edge research and high-quality teaching. The field of management was rated #31 in the world in the Shanghai ranking (2021). Faculty members conduct research across a range of management disciplines including organization theory, organizational communications, and entrepreneurship, collaborating with internationally acknowledged scholars from all over the world. The department educates strategic leaders with an ethical mindset for the contemporary global business environments. The department has approximately 40 full-time faculty members and 20 post-doc researchers of whom a quarter have an international background. In addition, several distinguished international visiting professors collaborate with the faculty.
